ZATRS is specialist in tax consultancy and our accountants are skilled and trained in tax planning. Along with normal accountancy services (eg. opening a new business, book keeping etc.), payroll, VAT compliance. You will also get extra advice and planning for your business.

Do I need to visit ZATRS office?

No its not necessary to visit our offices. You can choose to call our head office. We can arrange online meeting on zoom, google meet or on telephone.

Do ZATRS provide remote service?

Yes we do take online inquiries and no matter where you are based, our accountants are committed to provide you best services for your business and tax compliance.

How can I arrange meeting with ZATRS in person?

You can email us or call us. We will try to accommodate you with one of our accountant to our Head Office. If your inquiry is of specialist nature, our specialist tax accountant can travel to your city to meet you subject to terms and conditions.

Do ZATRS charge in advance for their fee?

It is dependent on nature of work and how long will it take to complete the job. With ongoing work for clients who signup for longer term, normally a monthly or yearly agreement is drawn for payment.

Is ZATRS more expensive then normal accountant?

No ZATRS is no more than expensive then normal accountant. You can shop around your local accountants and you will find our accountants reasonable and with best knowledge.

What I have to do to start working as Self-Employed?

If yo would like to start working as a self-employed, at first make sure you have National Insurance (NI) number. You will have to register with HM Revenue and Customs to get your Unique Taxpayers Reference (UTR). HMRC will set up the appropriate Tax and NI records once you register. Please note that, you will need your UTR and NI number to submit your Self Assessment Tax return, therefore keep this safe.

Do I have to setup a Limited Company?

A limited company has a separate legal entity from its shareholders and directors, where as the business and personal affairs of self employed people are treated ‘as one’ for tax purposes.

Self-employed will be personally liable for the debt of the business. Therefore, your personal assets and savings are vulnerable if a claim made against your business.

Limited company has a separate legal identity from his owners and shareholders, therefore directors are not liable for companies debt, unless signed a personal guarantee for the debts.

How can I switch my accountant?

If you want to appoint ZATRS ACCOUNTING as your accountant, you just need to email us or call us. You can also submit the form and make arrangement for online meeting. Once we have received your instruction we will write to your previous accountant for transfer of documents and information.

What should I do if my current accountant is not responding?

If your current accountant is not responding, call our office and we will discuss your circumstances. Most of the time, if accountants have closed their practices, we are able to help clients and retrieve the information from HMRC and companies house.
